Problem is that US administration is governed by Neo Conservatives who do not want to change from what their grand and gfreat gREAT GRAND PARENTS USED. Keep it as invefficient as possible so tdhat our military which uses keyboards can be slowere. Slower is Good. There is a part 2 whiich I will upload as soon as I convert it from the original milm and tape.
