This is part 2 of the original films made in the late 50 period to explain to the USNAVY why the dvorak keyboard use by Morse Telegraphers would satisfy the requirements of quick training, fast operation and reduyction of errors, most importanat in those days for military users of keyboards. That lesson has been forgotten if you look at keyboards given to the military. The worse possible layout was proiven by Rick Nickells in a Master degree thesis at Lehigh University in the late 1970 .
